I use the InkBird ITC-308 digital temperature controller to take care of the temperature in my proofing chamber. I use it in my large fridge chamber and in my cool box. The unit will control heat and cooling sources maintaining a set temperature range. YouTube video on my set-up coming very soon.

I use two of these units. One sits in my kitchen and the other in my fermentation fridge. They provide temperature and humidity data to the app on my phone. This is a great little feature as I look at real-time and historical data.
