About to make its debut in my YouTube videos is a bit of kit that I’ve spent a long time searching for... a quality apron.
I am the proud owner of the Risdon & Risdon “Original” apron with cork trim and straps in the trade brown colour. The fabric is weighty and will easily stand up to the daily grind in my kitchen.
The studs and fastening system feels bulletproof and makes it a pleasure to put this apron on and take it off.
Plenty of storage too, with three large front waist pockets, and a couple of smaller pockets up top. There is a hidden pocket on the inside of the apron which is a nice touch too.
My UFO bread lames now have somewhere to live and are always at hand! Just need to find a bamboo pen for the upper pocket and I’ll be sorted.
